Cup Water

Cup water demands high-volume, uninterrupted production. Etrapack thermoform lines combine cup forming, filling, heat sealing and cutting in a single automated flow, reaching up to 25 strokes per minute. All food-contact surfaces are stainless steel, and PLC-controlled filling with seal integrity checks ensures every cup is closed to the same volume and hygiene standard. An optional robotic pick-up unit further reduces labour after packaging.
