In liquid foods, the biggest risks are overflow during filling and leakage at the seal line. Etrapack thermoform lines run water, juice, sauce, milk and soup with volumetric filling and leak-proof heat sealing. PLC-controlled dosing guarantees the same volume in every pack, while seal-line cleaning before closing prevents foam- and spillage-related defects.
